Working for one of London luxury agents, overseeing four new build schemes.

You will be mobilising new build schemes and handing over phased developments.

MaindutiesasaSeniorPropertyManager:

• Ensuringthatservicesarecarriedoutinaccordancewithleaseagreementsandtherightbudgetisinplaceviaregularsitevisits.
• AttendingAGM,EGM&RMCmeetingaswellasregularclientandlesseeliaison
• Monitoringcollectionofservicechargestofundnecessaryworksandrespondwithinagreedserviceleveltimeframes.
• Prioritiseriskmanagementthroughafulldocumenttrailandupdatingsystemsinaccordancewithchangesinlegislation
• Deliveringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction
• Mobilise new build schemes
• OverseeingandinspiringAssistantPropertyManagersanddelegatingwherenecessarytomaintainservicelevels

AsaSeniorPropertyManager,youwillhave:

• KnowledgeandexperienceofBlockManagementandtheresidentialpropertymanagementindustry
• IdeallyTPIqualifiedorworkingtowardaprofessionalqualification
• Worked on new build properties
• Anunderstandingofleases,ServiceChargeBudgetingandassociatedlegislation
• Excellentorganisationalskillsandbeastrongcommunicatorwithabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships
