The role will involve responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the lettings and property management departments in the Basingstoke area. This is a senior role with strategic and operational oversight.
This is a Senior leadership role overseeing the lettings operation in Basingstoke, responsible for growing market share, winning instructions, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional standards of service and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Head of Lettings:
Leading and managing the lettings and property management teams

Winning new instructions and building landlord relationships
Overseeing departmental performance, targets, and KPIs
Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
Implementing processes and strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery

Extensive experience within residential lettings
Previous leadership or management experience within a lettings environment
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Proven ability to win new business and grow market share
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Commercial awareness with a focus on performance and results
Full UK driving licence
