An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a career driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a top performing independent agent based in Newbury.
My clients are one of the areas most respected agents and are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to be a part of an award winning team.
Senior Lettings Negotiator – what's in it for you?
- £35,000 - £45,000 OTE
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and birthday off

Your role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations
- Generating business both face to face and over the phone
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork
- Negotiating lets
- Striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Support Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department
What we're looking for:
- Previous lettings experience is essential
- Valuation experience and an understanding of the local market is paramount
- Up-to-speed with the latest lettings legislation
- Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and be tech savvy
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
- Have full UK driving licence and access to own car
