Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

Location: Streetly, West Midlands

Basic: up to £30k (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing up to 150 properties for a single client, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties on behalf of a single landlord/client.
• Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Handle repairs, maintenance requests, and other day-to-day issues related to the portfolio.
• Coordinate periodic property inspections and produce reports.
• Ensure landlord compliance with current legislation and health and safety standards.
• Manage rental payments, deposit disputes, renewal negotiations, and other financial aspects of the portfolio.
• Provide a high standard of service and foster strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Support and advise landlords on portfolio performance and potential investment opportunities.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including utility companies, insurers, and local authorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in property or lettings management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A strong understanding of landlord responsibilities, legislation, and regulations.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering great service.
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
