Description

Our client is a well-established residential block management business based in Surrey, managing a portfolio of around 1,400 units across south London and Surrey. They've built a reputation for a personal, hands-on approach to property management and run a small, close-knit team.

As property manager, you'll report to the senior property manager and take on day-to-day responsibility for a varied residential portfolio. You'll handle everything from leaseholder correspondence and service charge queries to major works consultations.

• Producing LPE1s for leaseholders and solicitors
• Managing major works and Section 20 consultations
• Handling service charge queries, leak investigations and insurance claims
• Liaising with solicitors on leasehold matters such as lease extensions
• Supporting AGMs and liaising with contractors for quotations
• Providing office cover and support to the Senior Property Manager as needed

Essential:

• Experience working in residential block management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a small office team

Desirable:

• Experience handling Section 20: Major works consultations
• Experience producing LPE1s
