With over 25 years of success in the student and residential lettings market, our client is continuing to grow—and now they’re looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join their busy, friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the property management department, you’ll take ownership of your own portfolio and act as the go‑to point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors. Your role will include: Managing repairs, maintenance and property alterationsOverseeing renewals of safety certification
Carrying out regular property inspections
Coordinating tenant check-ins and check-outs, including deposit negotiations
Supervising quotes, invoices and documentation on the company software
Liaising with utility providers when tenants change over
Supporting the lettings team with occasional viewings This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous property management experience or a recent graduate from a property-related discipline. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a confident, pragmatic individual with a professional yet personable approach. You should be: * Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general IT systems * Well-presented, articulate and an excellent communicator * Able to prioritise, stay organised and meet tight deadlines * Experienced in customer service or an office environment * Knowledgeable about lettings regulations (preferred) * Someone with a “can‑do”, proactive attitude * A full UK driving licence holder with your own car (essential) Why You’ll Love Working here: This company truly values its people and creates an environment where staff can thrive.
