Property Manager – Manchester City Centre Monday to Friday - 9am–5pm - No Weekends £25,000–£28,000 + Bonus A growing and modern property business is looking for a Property Manager to join their Manchester city centre team and take ownership of a residential portfolio. The Role Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works Carrying out inspections and ensuring full property compliance Working closely with lettings, maintenance and finance teams What We’re Looking For Previous experience in residential property management Good knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance Strong organisation and multitasking skills A proactive and professional communication style Ability to manage a busy portfolio independently What’s on Offer £25,000–£28,000 salary + bonus Manchester city centre office location Team socials and company incentives Supportive environment with progression opportunities For more information or to apply confidentially, get in touch.
