Location: UB10 Hillingdon
Salary: £25,000 – DOE
OTE: £40,000+
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9am – 6pm
Every other Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Day of in Lieu

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Managing communication throughout the lettings process
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this Lettings Negotiator role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A confident and professional approach
- A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Must drive
