As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements and building strong relationships with landlords and applicants. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, provide first-class customer service and play an important role in growing the lettings business while ensuring a professional and compliant approach throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to successful completion
• Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with landlords
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation, including the Renters' Rights reforms
• Working towards individual and team targets while providing a professional service at every stage

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is preferred, although ambitious candidates with transferable sales experience will be considered
• ARLA qualification, or a willingness to work towards it, would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Confident, enthusiastic and motivated with a proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Knowledge of Surbiton and the surrounding area would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Well presented, professional and committed to delivering exceptional service
