Brentwood OTE £45k Are you an energetic and driven Lettings Negotiator looking for an exciting opportunity? If so we would like to hear from you! Our client are a well established multi-branch Estate Agency and are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings team in their Brentwood office. As a Lettings Negotiator: * Deal with all Letting enquiries by telephone, email and face to face * Matching tenants to the right properties and providing relevant information * Organising and carry out property viewings * Liaising with tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals where applicable * Maintain and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering exceptional customer service * Promote properties by social media and advertising platforms * Keep up to date with current legislation * Any ad-hoc duties that may arise Ideal candidate: * Previous Lettings experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Organisational and multitasking skills * Strong team player and ability to work under pressure * Smart and professional appearance * Driven and ambitious to achieve targets * Full UK licence and access to own car If you are interested in this Lettings Negotiator position and would like to know more, please apply today!
