William Property Management Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous residential lettings experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

The Role

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Match applicants with suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Progress tenancies from offer through to move-in.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants.

About You

• Previous residential lettings experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well organised and able to manage a busy workload.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Positive and professional attitude.

A full UK driving licence is beneficial, however the successful candidate is not required to use their own vehicle.
