Collins Property Recruitment is working with an established and highly regarded independent estate agency brand in West London. Who is looking for an ambitious and driven Trainee Lettings Negotiatorto join their successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local brand with a strong market presence, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment.

As Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

• Registering and qualifyingnewapplicants
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Generatingnewbusiness opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Progressing lets through to completion
• Contributing to office targets and team success

Whats on offer:

• £20,000 Basic Salary
• Car Allowance
• £45,000 in year one
• Commission and bonus structure.
• 1 in4 Saturday working
• Strong earning potential with uncapped commission

About you:

• Target-driven and highly motivated
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
