You will act as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Commercial Property Manager:

• Acting as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Conducting property viewings and delivering professional property presentations
• Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure agreed terms
• Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Coordinating referencing processes and liaising with third-party agencies
• Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and supporting daily office operations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or customer-facing roles desirable
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confident conducting face-to-face meetings and property viewings
• Good understanding of the lettings process (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
• Proficient in IT systems and database management
• Full UK driving licence essential
