WANTED! An experienced Lettings Negotiator in Margate to arrange viewings, negotiate tenancies, and deliver excellent customer service within a busy and successful residential lettings agency.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a market-leading estate agency in the Margate area.

Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic individual who enjoys building relationships and securing successful lettings transactions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Generating new business and supporting instruction growth
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling enquiries and progressing deals through to completion
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Supporting the overall success of the lettings team

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service ability
• Professional, well-presented, and articulate
• Positive attitude and self-motivated approach
• Knowledge of the Margate area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Thorough and professional approach to lettings
• Listing or valuation experience beneficial
