They are now seeking a personable and conscientious Lettings Negotiator who takes pride in their work, values integrity, and enjoys building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants. Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?
- Competitive Salary – £28,000 basic
- Commission structure achieving OTE of £32-35,000
- 20 days bank holidays

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
- Conduct property viewings, around the local area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
- Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
- Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
- Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
- If you are experienced in conducting market appraisals then even better as you will have the opportunity to naturally adopt this duty in addition to the above.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
- Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move in
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- A full driving license & access to a vehicle
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
