As Lettings Manager, you will lead and motivate the lettings team, drive business growth, build lasting relationships with landlords and applicants, and ensure a consistently high standard of service throughout the lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team to achieve and exceed performance targets
• Driving new business generation, increasing market share and securing instructions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses
• Conducting market appraisals and providing expert advice on rental values and legislation
• Ensuring all lettings processes comply with current legislation and industry best practice, including the Renters' Rights reforms
• Monitoring team performance, reporting on KPIs and maintaining exceptional customer service standards

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step into management
• Proven track record of winning new business and delivering strong lettings results
• ARLA qualification, or working towards ARLA, would be highly desirable
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Sound knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and upcoming Renters' Rights reforms
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, organised, proactive and customer focused
