About the Company
An established and growing international property consultancy specialising in residential property investment, lettings, and asset management is seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead and develop its lettings department.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager who can confidently oversee the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department.
This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone who understands the full lettings process, enjoys developing people, and is motivated by the opportunity to build and improve a high-performing team.
You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants while supporting the continued growth and success of the lettings operation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the lettings team.
Oversee the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and industry regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and external partners.
Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement efficient systems and processes to support business growth.
Work closely with senior management to develop and expand the lettings department.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows.
Handle escalated landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and effectively.
Maintain consistently high standards of customer service.
About You

Essential Requirements
Previous experience managing a residential lettings team.
Strong knowledge of the UK lettings process and current legislation.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Experience using property CRM systems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable
ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards).
Experience managing and growing a residential lettings portfolio.
Experience implementing operational improvements and developing teams.
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
