What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets
• Growing market share through proactive business development activity
• Conducting valuations and securing new landlord instructions
• Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Managing compliance, administration, and service delivery standards
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partners

• Strong track record in valuations, listings, and winning new business
• Confident leadership style with experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Strong understanding of residential lettings processes and compliance
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
