Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE)
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a well-established and growing estate agency, taking ownership of the lettings division and driving it forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident, career-driven and passionate about lettings, who is ready to take on a key role within the business and help continue building a successful department

The Role:

• Managing the lettings process from start to finish
• Conducting property valuations, inspections and occasional viewings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling tenancy agreements and all associated paperwork
• Advertising properties across multiple platforms
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
• Working closely with sales teams to maximise referrals into lettings

You will be reporting directly to the company directors, while also having the autonomy to run the department and use your own initiative to grow the business alongside a Lettings Negotiator.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar lettings role is essential
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated and confident in building relationships
• Full UK driving licence required

With a strong flow of referrals from busy sales offices and ongoing marketing, this role offers great earning potential with uncapped commission as the department continues to grow.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Plus rota Saturday mornings
