Role Overview

We're recruiting for an experienced Head of Residential estate agency to lead our operation in Cornwall. This role not only requires someone that is extremely competent, but who has a comprehensive understanding of the county and market. 

The successful candidate will have at least five years' experience of working at a similar level in estate agency, coupled with a strong track record.

You'll need to lead from the front and have the hunger to drive the business forward in terms of market share, and results.
