What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Head of Property Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management department
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
Leading, supporting, and developing the property management team
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on complex matters
Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and procedures
Managing escalated maintenance issues, renewals and property inspections 
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in residential property management at senior level essential
Experience in leading or overseeing a property management team
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
Full UK driving licence preferred
