Specialising in the sale and letting of quality homes in our area, we sell, let and manage lovely homes in every price bracket, from £Million+ homes to quaint cottages and contemporary apartments. Prominently located in The Old Fire Station since 1993, we provide unrivalled local knowledge with outstanding service and, notably, are the only licensed estate agent on the Hill.
Approachable and supportive, we are part of the village community and well known for our market-leading success. Launch Events, professional photography and the innovative marketing of our client's properties all help us stand apart, as does membership of the Mayfair Office Group which helps attract affluent London buyers.
We also have a sister surveying company, Woodward Chartered Surveyors. An RICS firm, they provide professional services including building and house purchase surveys, structural investigations, project management, lease extensions and much more
Company History
Formed in 1993 by Stephen Woodward the Harrow on the Hill business has grown it's presence in Residential Sales, Property Letting and Estate Management. Woodward Chartered Surveyors started trading (on April Fools Day!) 2000 and now covers an area from Oxford to Oxford Street.
An RICS firm, Woodward Chartered Surveyors provide a wide range of surveying services, including building and house purchase surveys, party wall matters, dilapidation schedules, structural investigations, project management, expert witness reports, snagging lists and lease extensions. Our Property Management department also actively manage many developments on Harrow on the Hill, making ours the most comprehensive property service for miles around.
The Conservation Area of Harrow on the Hill is perhaps London's forgotten village, despite being just a 25-minute commute to The City and providing a peaceful and historic atmosphere to rival Muswell Hill, Highgate or Hampstead. Many famous people have resided here and continue to do so, valuing not only the proximity to London and numerous airports, but also the surrounding Home Counties and opportunities for leisure pursuits. Education is another powerful draw, the Hill being the site of Harrow School as attended by Winston Churchill, as well as many other highly regarded schools.

Our sister company are RICS, registered valuers and FPWS members. We are an integral part of our Harrow on the Hill community and this year raised over £10,500 for Children with Cancer UK.
