Lifespace is an experienced and professional residential property business, specialising in quality rental homes across the South East of England. Formerly known as Regis Direct, we have more than 40 years’ experience in the private rented sector and are part of the wider Regis Group.

Our dedicated team manages the day-to-day property operation in house, giving our people experience across the full resident and property journey—from lettings and tenancy administration to maintenance, accounts and ongoing support.

Our aim is simple: to provide good-quality homes and make the rental experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Our experienced team combines detailed property knowledge with a professional, approachable style, helping residents feel supported from their first enquiry onwards.
