Company History
The AMR Group was founded in 1995 by Alan Mead who had previously been working in the property industry for over 17 years. Alan’s aim was, and still is, to provide the property, estate agency and financial services sectors with the best candidates for their business by using his wealth of experience in the industry to identify the most talented individuals.
The company quickly thrived and within five years, had also expanded into a franchise group, offering clients and candidates the newest roles, most talented job-seekers and detailed local knowledge in all four corners of England.
The AMR Group now has offices spanning the whole country, ensuring almost all counties across the nation have local representation. The result is a nationally-recognised company which boasts country-wide recognition and impact, while maintaining its local, friendly appeal.
Each office, while working closely with the other offices in the national AMR network, is run as a business in its own right ensuring that personal service is offered to all clients and candidates. Geographical expertise and knowledge is important to us, ensuring that not only are we experts within the property, estate agency and financial services sectors, we can also offer information and expertise on these industries within our local areas.
