If you are currently a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager seeking a pivotal management role with a respected local brand, this could be the perfect next move. You will play a key part in driving business growth, winning new instructions, and leading a team to success.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Assisting the directors in hitting branch targets and ensuring profitability
Leading, motivating, and managing the lettings team
Winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing listings and instruction processes
Driving performance to retain and grow the client base
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience in residential lettings management
Strong track record of winning listings and instructions
Ability to build and maintain robust business relationships
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
Target-driven and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence essential
