Pear recruitment Property Manager Palmers Green
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (Depending on experience and industry qualifications. Salary review after probation period and end of year 1.
Hours - Full-time, office-based role. Alternating 37.5- & 40-hours weeks.
5-day working week (One Saturday on, one Saturday off).
Week 1: 0900 1800 Monday to Friday
Week 2: 0900 1800 Monday to Friday with Tuesday off. 0900 1430 on Saturday.
Annual Leave - 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays + your birthday
1-hour dedicated lunchbreak between 1-2pm.
Quarterly meals out Own Car required - Claim back milage on work related journeys (inspections, check-in/outs)

This role will give you the opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated and growing portfolio of properties, overseeing the full property management cycle from landlord and property onboarding, maintenance coordination, inspections, tenancy renewals, check outs and financial reporting across the portfolio. You will be working in a varied, busy office environment, under the guidance of our establish lettings manager and senior property manager.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding new properties and preparing them to be successfully managed.
Managing maintenance requests in line with our defined response times.
Procuring, reviewing and liaising with external contractors to ensure the needs of the portfolio and our clients are met.
Organising property inspections, and essential property visits for gas safety and energy performance certificates and Electrical condition reports, with tenants, team members and third-party contractors.
Maintaining accurate records and updating files
Overseeing property maintenance jobs, approving and uploading invoices
Maintaining immaculate records and notes and reporting on performance.
Qualifications
Driver with own vehicle
Applicants must currently reside in the London Borough of Enfield, or immediate neighbouring Borough. Applications from elsewhere will not be considered.
Educated to A-Level standard
Minimum GSCE Grade B or Grade 5-6 in both Maths and English.
Preferred Qualifications
ARLA/Property mark Qualification is highly preferred.
Experience in inventories is preferred, but not essential, as training can be given.
