Salary: £25,000 (depending on experience)
Experience Required - 1 years worth of Property Management Experience

Our independent award-winning agency is looking to hire a Full Time Property Manager. We have an excellent reputation in the local area and this position will be based in our Edgbaston branch.

Main duties to include:

• Manage property portfolio
• Support maintenance tasks and liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports
• Oversee deposit registration and repayment processes
• Coordinate tenancy utility management
• Provide emergency maintenance cover
• Liaise effortlessly with our energetic lettings team
• Handle property enquiries and walk-ins
