Property Manager & Lettings NegotiatorHarrogate | Full-Time
Up to £30,000 per year
We're looking for a proactive individual to join our Harrogate team in a hybrid role combining lettings negotiation and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage lettings: marketing, viewings, and tenancy agreements.
Oversee a portfolio of properties, handling tenant queries and maintenance.
Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in lettings, property management, or estate agency preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
