Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at an exciting new luxury residential development in Birmingham.

This is a 15 month FTC role working 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems for all lettings activity, including rental data and viewing feedback
• Coordinate online marketing of available apartments
• Conduct property viewings and tours for prospective tenants and negotiate rental offers
• Manage applicant vetting and complete new let paperwork in line with procedures

• Support the negotiation of tenancy renewals where required

Requirements

• Previous experience within a busy residential leasing or lettings environment
• Experience conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident using IT systems and databases
