Lettings Negotiator - Clifton - up to £30k (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

We are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client based in Bristol. A leading, independent agent who have been established for many years, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with at least 12 months experience where your main responsibilities will include:

• Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
• Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
• Booking and attending viewings
• Carrying out regular Landlord updates
• Negotiating offers
• Processing applications
• Dealing with customer enquiries

Key Skills required:

• Lettings or Sales Experience
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Results driven
• Team player
• Full, clean driving licence and car
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural sales ability
• Self-motivated and organised
• Desire to succeed

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
