Lettings Negotiator – Tamworth & Nuneaton

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, reputable estate agency with five offices across the Midlands. The company is known for delivering professional, friendly, and client-focused lettings services, offering excellent support to landlords and tenants.
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to operate across two branches: Tamworth and Nuneaton. This role is ideal for someone with previous lettings experience who enjoys conducting viewings, building rapport with clients, and progressing lets efficiently. You will play a key role in matching tenants to properties while representing the company professionally across both branches.
Lettings Negotiator Key Duties
- Conduct property viewings across the Tamworth and Nuneaton branches.
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and landlords, delivering excellent customer service.
- Manage enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Support the lettings process from viewing to deal completion.
- Sales: secure lets, negotiate terms, and progress deals efficiently.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up communications.
- Support the lettings team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations across both branches.
Lettings Negotiator Key Skills & Experience
- Previous lettings experience preferred, especially in client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with confidence in conducting viewings.
- Organised and able to manage multiple viewings and tasks across two branches.
- Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Tamworth and Nuneaton.
Lettings Negotiator Package & Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 basic OTE: £30,000
- Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Every other Saturday with a day off in lieu
- Role covers two branches within a five-office network
