£20,000 - £22,000 Basic plus OTE of £30,000+ (uncapped)

One of the leading estate agencies in Birmingham are looking for a hungry and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and growing team.

This is a fantastic brand to work for and a great opportunity for negotiators looking to further their career and progress within the property sector.

• Basic up to £22k + Generous commission

• OTE - £30k + Uncapped

Ideally you will Be:

• Local to Birmingham

• Have at least 12 months experience working in residential lettings.

• Can-do attitude

• Willingness to progress

• Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry

• KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets

• Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

• Articulate, confident and intelligent

• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner

• Excellent communication skills

• Not afraid of hard work

• Full, clean UK driving license
