Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham - Edgbaston

£23,000-£25,000 Basic - OTE £35,000+(uncapped)
A market leading and very well established, multi-branch estate agent, are looking for a hungry Lettings Negotiator to join their team to cover two branches.

You will be joining a fantastic company that provides support and training to gain your qualifications, as well as have a clear career path with the aim of working towards Lettings Manager or Office Manager.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Booking and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Offering a high level of costumer service
• Diary management and a good understanding of excel/word
• Doing applications
• Ability to establish quick rapport with applicants

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:

• Driving license is essential
• Exceptional communication skills
• Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
• Background in lettings negotiation
• ARLO Qualification would be an advantage.
