Job Title: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: Birmingham City Centre + Hybrid - 2/3 days per week
Basic Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Weekends: None
A very well-established property business with a large and varied residential portfolio, now seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator (who ideally has Reapit experinece) to join their lettings team. The role delivers a let-only service, working closely with Asset Managers to progress properties from instruction through to move-in, with no ongoing property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the lettings process from marketing to move-in (let-only)
Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
Arrange and coordinate viewings with Asset Managers
Negotiate rental terms and agree offers
Complete referencing, compliance checks, and tenancy documentation
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams throughout the process
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a Lettings Negotiator
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
Reapit experience advantageous
