Our Reeds Rains branch in Pemberton, Wigan are looking to recruit a highly Lettings Manager on full time, permanent basis.
We’re looking for a hungry, driven Lettings Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment and knows how to win instructions, close deals, and drive revenue.
This role is ideal for a top-performing Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager who wants more responsibility, leadership exposure, and real earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business and winning landlord instructions
- Conducting high-value market appraisals and converting leads
- Supporting the Branch Manager in hitting and exceeding monthly targets as well as helping win new residential business
- Leading from the front — negotiating deals and setting the standard for the team
- Driving performance, coaching negotiators, and maximising fee income
- Building long-term relationships with landlords to increase portfolio value
- Managing negotiations from offer to move-in to maximise conversion
- Stepping up to run the branch and motivate the team when required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in residential lettings with a strong track record
- Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Valuer
- Confident, persuasive, and commercially minded
- Target-driven with a competitive edge
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Professional, ambitious, and results-focused
- Full UK driving licence
