A large corporate multi-branch estate agency is searching for a qualified Lettings Manager with a proven track record in growing a business, maintaining and increasing a strong portfolio. The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable and experienced and considered an expert in their field.

The business strongly supports growth and has a friendly environment, with great management, great people and a fantastic atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business following the Big Rocks. Establish marketing and canvassing plan
• Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff
• Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
• Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
• Completion of all appropriate section of check-lists in full and on time
• Ensuring branch compliance in accordance with legislation and industry approved bodies
• Landlord updates
