Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Bournville - Birmingham
Basic Salary: £28,500
OTE: £31,000

Experience Required: Lettings Manager or Lettings Valuer experience

A highly successful and reputable Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced lettings professional looking to step up and become a Lettings Manager.

This is a fantastic brand to work, with an amazing office vibe. No micromanagement. Plenty of nights out and all staff are well looked after.

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in an estate agent
• Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and landlords and the team
• ​​​​​​​Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential
• Show respect for others and build relationships
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ​​​​​​​Manage / oversee the end-to-end lettings process for residential properties
• ​​​​​​​Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
• ​​​​​​​Advertise available properties through various channels- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions
• ​​​​​​​Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• ​​​​​​​Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
• ARLA membership (preferred) ​​​​​​​
