Location: Solihull
Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £38,000+


We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our branch new branch opening in Solihull. • Excellent time keeping
• Good Lettings Valuation conversion rate
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised
• Full driving license and access to your own car
• Proficient with technology

Responsibilities

• Winning and generating new business
• Conducting valuations
• Managing Lettings Teams
• Reporting KPIs
• Update and maintain the company’s CRM system
• Keeping managment updated with branch figures
