The Role:

Manage a portfolio of commercial investment properties across office, industrial, and retail sectors.
Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Oversee service charge budgets, compliance, maintenance, and tenant liaison.
Support business development and mentor junior team members.The Person:
