About the Role

Infinity Property Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join our growing and ambitious lettings team.
This is a senior, client-facing role ideal for a confident lettings professional who can handle valuations, negotiations, landlord relationships, and deal progression from start to finish. You will play a key role in generating new instructions, maximising rental income, and supporting junior team members.

 Key Responsibilities

Run morning meeting with the Lettings Manager and team to monitor progress, identify potential obstacles, and streamline lettings operations.

Handle lettings enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
Managing a team responsible for scheduling and optimising property viewings
Conduct property viewings (including at least one late night-viewing day per week)
Carry out rental market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
Negotiate rents, terms, and move-in dates between landlords and tenants
Provide regular feedback and strategic advice to landlords on rental pricing/reductions.
Managing a dedicated team to progress lettings transactions efficiently, ensuring a flawless handover on move-in day.
Conduct all pre-move-in checks to ensure a seamless and ready-to-move-in experience for tenants.
Take ownership of early-tenancy maintenance issues 
Manage Deeds of Assignment where applicable
Ensure CRM systems, diaries, keys, and spreadsheets are kept up to date
Ensuring landlords are contacted well in advance regarding re-lets and remarketing once the property becomes vacant — particularly where timelines may be affected by maintenance works, repairs, cleaning, Rent Guarantee or delays in access and availability.
Lead by example and support junior negotiators with training and guidance
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Valuer
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Confident dealing with landlords and complex conversations
Good understanding of the residential lettings process
Organised, proactive, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Pay 

Bonus scheme on individual banking performance

Commission pay
 
Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: £26,000 – 50,000 OTE per annum
Commission & Bonuses, including:
Lettings commission on deals you close
Valuation fees
Referral commissions
Performance-based bonuses
Holidays: 28 days including Bank Holidays
Probation Period: 6 months
 
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
1 Saturday off per month (pre-authorised)

Requirements

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence.
Access to your own vehicle.
Willingness to travel locally for property viewings, inspections, and appointments.
Mileage expenses will be reimbursed for all business-related travel.
