You will play a vital role in managing our extensive portfolio, delivering the professional, high-standard service our clients have come to expect for decades.
Key Responsibilities
Expert Liaison: Act as the central point of contact, confidently liaising between landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and property maintenance.
Legislative Compliance: Ensure all procedures strictly adhere to Renters’ Rights and current safety regulations (essential)
Negotiation: Managing the end-to-end move-in process, from qualifying applicants to finalising tenancy agreements.
Viewings: Conducting professional property viewings across Tameside
Portfolio Growth: Proactively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong landlord relationships.
Requirements
Legal Expertise: A deep, up-to-date knowledge of Renters’ Rights is essential for this role.
Qualifications: A Level 3 ARLA (Propertymark) qualification is strongly preferred. However, for the right candidate, we are happy to fund this qualification while you work.
Social Housing: Prior experience or knowledge of social housing protocols is a significant advantage.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tameside property market.
License: A full UK driving licence is required.
