The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving and expanding estate agency team in Central London.
This role would suit a self-motivated, ambitious professional with a proven background in residential lettings who is ready to take their career to the next level within the prime property market.
You'll be responsible for generating and converting new business, delivering an exceptional lettings service, and achieving impressive results in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicant enquiries and booking property viewings.
• Accompanying prospective tenants on viewings and providing expert guidance.
• Handling incoming enquiries from landlords and tenants via phone and email.
• Negotiating offers and managing tenancy progression through to completion.
• Generating new leads and maintaining strong relationships with clients and landlords.
• Securing market appraisals and promoting company services in a professional and ethical manner.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining excellent communication throughout each transaction.

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience in Prime Central London residential lettings (essential).
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
