Salary: OTE £35k per annum

A large, independent estate agency is looking for a highly experienced and professional Assistant Lettings Manager to join their thriving branch in the Bristol area.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct valuations and secure new instructions
• Assist the Lettings Manager in maximising branch profit
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Drive business growth and meet/exceed targets
• Support the team and manage daily operations as needed

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings (Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer level or above)
• Extensive listing and valuation background
• Strong understanding of the lettings process
• Target-driven with a strong track record of achievement
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Professional appearance and telephone manner
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of the Bristol area (preferred)
