Description
horton knights estate agents is a high profile independent estate agent located in Doncaster City Centre. Established in 2005, by two brothers looking to create a high calibre, highly successful estate agency brand.
Today we are looking for an experienced residential sales negotiator to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you to grow, while our supportive team provides the guidance and encouragement you need to succeed. The ideal candidate will probably already work within the industry, or have worked in the industry, they will have accumulated a good background knowledge of the role and will be looking for career progression.
The role comes with a good basic salary commensurate with experience, and potential for higher earnings subject to meeting sales & financial targets.

Technological proficiency: Experienced in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems such Alto and other property listing platforms, and other industry-specific software for effective management and marketing.
Sales and marketing techniques: Skilled in creating compelling property listings and employing effective sales strategies to attract potential buyers.
