Lettings Negotiator
Location - Erdington & Great Barr areas
OTE £28K
Working Days – Monday – Friday 9 - 5:30pm
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator covering the Erdington & Great Barr areas
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
* Build & maintain strong relationships with landlords & tenants
* Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment & activity level
* Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
* Polite Telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively
* Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct viewings
* Negotiate between Landlords and tenants
* Provide exceptional client service
Experience Needed
Lettings Administration and or Lettings Negotiation experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will

* Have good organisational skills
* Be a car owner with a full driving licence
* Be insured for business use
